Flag of FIAV
Adopted September 3, 1967[1]
Designed by FIAV Congress Committee (modified design by Klaes Sierksma)
Proportions 2:3

The flag of the International Federation of Vexillological Associations, or the Fédération internationale des associations vexillologiques, also called, and most commonly referred to as, FIAV, consists of a blue background with a yellow stylized halyard knot.

The halyard knot represents vexillology, since the halyard knot is often used to raise a flag on a flagpole.
