The flag of Kentucky is blue with the state seal in the center of the flag. Above the seal in a semicircling path, are the words "COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY". In another semicircle, below the seal, are two stylized goldenrod sprigs.

SymbolismEdit

The seal represents Kentucky, but the symbolism of the blue is unknown.
