The flag of the city of Phoenix, Arizona, consists of a purple background with the Phoenix city logo, a stylized phoenix bird, in white, in the center of the flag.


The phoenix represents Phoenix. In some languages, the word "phoenix" means "purple", and the flag has a purple background.
