The flag of Primorsky Krai is a rectangle diagonally divided with a white stripe into two triangles: red (top hoist) and blue (blue fly). In the top hoist corner there is an Ussuri tiger passant (main element of the kray's coat of arms).
Symbolism[]
The colours are taken from the flag of Russia and symbolize the unity of Russia and the kray. The ascending diagonal stripe symbolizes progress.
