The flag of Ryazan Oblast, Russia, is a rectangle with width/length proportion 2:3, divided into three horizontal stripes of white (top), golden, and red in proportion 1:2:1. On the obverse side of the flag, in the centre of the golden stripe a figure of the prince of Ryazan (from the oblast coat of arms) is pictured.
