The flag of Tula Oblast, Russia, is red with three silver sword blades intersecting at the angle 120° in the centre of the flag, and two golden hammers one above the centre, and another below it.[3]

SymbolismEdit

The blades and the hammers symbolize production of weaponry. In 1712 the first Russian armoury was founded in the city of Tula.
