The 1896-1908 flag of the United States was the same as the current flag of America, except the number and arrangement of stars in the canton is different: There are six rows of stars, all centered in the middle of the flag, alternating eight stars and seven stars from top to bottom.
The Christian flag was inspired by the 1896 United Sates flag.
