Please add a stub template if a flag article lacks the following information:

• An adoption date, designer, or proportions
• References
• Categories

Note: If there are no proportions to a flag, please insert

unspecified

in the proportions section of the FlagBox, and that won't qualify the article to be a stub. ;-)

Please add a stub template if a design page lacks a design.
