The flag of Vidalia, Louisiana, is a horizontal bicolour of red and blue. The red stripe on top is twice as thick as the blue stripe on the bottom. A downward isosceles triangle overlaps the red stripe, with the same width and height as that of the red stripe.
Symbolism
The flag resembles a sunset scene over the Mississippi River. The chevron resembles the letter V. [1]
